bulk mailing lists for different users

Project will be fully in Spanish. Coder can work in english as long as languages are in separate files. This is about a marketing tool. We have users in our office. Every user has his own contacts. Other users do not have acces to this data. There is an admin on top that creates, modifies, delete users. Admin has full access to all. It can be an existing application, a modified one, or a new one. But it will have to be installed by us. No access to our server will be possible. No propietary software involved. We prefer LAMP, but a Windows applicaton could also be accepted. There are 5 steps to be followed by users: 1.-login 2.-Manage data. Lists. Contact could belong to more than 1 list. 3.-Creat campaign. A full width browser editor like JCE needed. Templates created by admin available for users. 4.-Send campaign to lists or to chose contacts (by field) 5.-Stats. Received, rejected, unsuscribed (most important) -Contacts will have standard fields, name, email, copmpany, etc... -Bulk upload of contacts (txt, xls etc...) -Every contact will be assigned to his "owner". This is a filed in DB -Users will at the same time also be contacts for admin. -Every user could upload his images to server. -Emails can be saved as drafs before finished. -Hoitmail requirements compliant -# of mails counters. By campaign, by user, by date, total... -Mails need to be automatically personalised like "Dear <name> " Interface has to be smple and clear. Tabs with medium-big size. No fancy colours. Black adn white. Check [login to view URL] to get an idea. A small section, like breadcrumbs or a narrow space is needed to include a banner or a html message where admin can transmit news or some alerts. Site will be embedded in i-frames. Like a Wrapping system. Like a white label. Mails will be sent from 1 domain, from just 1 account like "posmaster @ [login to view URL]". But replies will be sent to the email that user has indicated in the profile. If any doubt, please ask before making an offer.
