Business Case For A Movie Project

Hi All, I've currently invested my time creating a movie project that is currently in its development phase. I'm looking for someone who can write a business case as per the attached templates with information that will get me started to add more information later on. This is an action/comedy genre film and will need your creative outlines to begin the documentation towards an invaluable end product. I've currently got close links with a writer in hollywood and I'm attempting to pitch to investors. The primary focus is to pitch to investors with this movie project. The project has only begun its development stage and I'm looking to complete the writing i.e. screenplay by the end of June. I already have someone in Hollywood writing this as we speak. The production budget is going to be around £5 million and will feature well known celebrities within the market. All I'm asking is for a minimum cost to get me started with business case, if successful I'll bring you on board to the project and may have you heavily invested in this.
