B2B Online Store for Manufactured Goods (flash based on PHP)

I am interested in setting up a website (Flash & PHP based) to help me sell my manufactured goods online direct to customer overseas. We manufacture goods in China, pack them in boxes (cartons) and store them in warehouse ready to ship. We need a website that will have... 1) customer record (sales record, past year, ytd, and averages, etc...) 2) i can input the LxWxH and weight of the 'carton' of item (CBM and KGS) 3) i can input various 'major ports' in USA freight rates based on CBM and KGS 4) customer place order with regular front end shopping cart...product shown on page with various info and views 5) cart will add up the total CBM and KGS and final checkout will need to have FREIGHT RATE based on that CBM and weight 6) finally have a discount level scheme that have tier discount % and also a VIP discount that I can 'further' put on the % discount (ie: purchase $100 no %, $500 have 2%, $1500 have 5% etc... and then I can add further 1% for new customer, or 10% for loyal and larger accounts) 7) payment gateway setup, paypal with surcharge, credit cards terminal linkages (and setup) 8) will need a backend CRM management so that emails/chat history are stored 9) shipment console that create waybill and certain documents for export and office use 10) shipment status update 'check box' that send automated messages to keep client inform of order progress 11) recommend a friend feature keep track recommendation and successful new client based on that (and total sales of each new client....so i can use that info to manually give/update discount) 12) website to appear along side [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] etc...
