a CRM cellular call logger

we need a system (based on gnokii or similar {[login to view URL]}) that can track down and time, calls from or to a nokia/samsung phone connected to a computer. ** description ** - for each entering call the computer will log down, time of entering call, time of answearing, call duration etc and give it a call id - for each leaving call the computer will log down, time of starting the comuunication, time of answearing ,call duration etc and give it a new call id the system will be conected to a CRM system using a defined API the system will print call times report from the database a detailed description will be given upon request thanx
