Attached is a simple C++ dll that utilizes libcurl ([login to view URL]). It is a CodeBlocks ([login to view URL]) project and compiles using the MinGW compiler from [login to view URL] It needs code added to automatically determine and set the proxy settings, if there is a proxy setting on the PC. Info on how to do this can be found here - [login to view URL] Resulting project must compile with MinGW and CodeBlocks. Coder is responsible for testing but need not provide mechanism for testing as a deliverable.
