C++ small project

This project should only take an hour or 2 depending on how well skilled you are as a programmer I need this program does as soon as possible. I have tried to code this my self but have run into some problems and need some outside help. Attatched is the project brief of what i need done. The project is of need very quickly, therefore the project must be completed within the next 24 hours. Money will be transfered as soon as i have recieved the source code. The project must be able to be read in Microsoft Visual C++ "2005" as this is the program i am running here.
