C# professional coder is needed to modify PDF Application script.(repost)

I need a coder that will modify the existing script I have designed here on RAC in Visual C# language. I need the coder to be a very profecient and fast responder to any questions. Respond here with the information about yourself, and your ability to communicate on a daily basis. 1) I need an ability to save the data typed in the pdf document into text file and load data saved from a text file. type of text file let me set in config when I set the button (CSV or text). at the end I need to provide one PDF file and one ASP file (not PHP) that will do the work. Note: ASP file can not be run when I use a standalone pc to run PDF, so you would need to come up with some kind of other solution. 2) I need to be able to save data to the local PC if the pdf is on the local PC as standalone or if I put the pdf on the web to my server path. 3) I need to be able to lock PDF to my server. i.e. to make sure it can only be loaded if it resides on myser, other wise an error saying no authorised to be said. I hope this can be done with some creative button scripting, that is automatically loaded. 4) Let me have an option to save the data into an access db and load from access db (spcify the access db location into the button. 5) Let me expire the PDF, may be i can set again some kind of hidden button, that will do this and the authorization to run ? 6) let me change the date format as we have it in the application now. 6a) PDF to PDF linking with data transfer (by pressing the button) 7) I need to be able to write text, set test size and font, and draw lines and boxes on top of a PDF file. Colors, fill in colors and texbackground colors. Let me cut, paste in pdf document, any part of the document, eraser to erase it, as this is done in drawing programs. Let me cut and move area, delete it, and so on as it is done in drawing programs. Let me type anywhere on the screen and set a multiline boxes to type to. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform any version of windows OS, no special dlls or installs.
