Adding Fat16 write function to CSR Kalimba demo read

The programming work is to add to CSR Kalimba code for FAT16 "SPI flash SD card write to external SPI SD card file system" in Headset-ADK1.1 (c:\Headset-ADK1.1\src\kalimba\sd_card). I will provide the ADK1.1 SDK.
CSR Kalimba ASM demo code has already all FAT16 read from SPI SD card. and I need a full write too. All command will be send via VM to DSP Messages.
The resolute will be full FAR32/FAT16 Kalimba file system read and write.
The work is to add all file write function as:
create new file
Open existing file
Append data to file
Delete data from file
Delete file
format SPI flash for FAT32/FAT16
And demo application from VM that will do full demo read write to SPI card.
