We need a package of some sort (can be a script, tar file with scripts, deb file, etc...) that can replace the openssl and openssh in debian 6 & 7, the package should be 32bit for debian 6, and 32&64bit for debian 7.
The version of the openssl should be 1.0.1g, and with the FIPS flag turned on.
The openssh package should be compiled with the openssl library from above, the version of the openssh should be the latest stable one that can be compiled with the above openssl.
In addition to the packages themselves, we want the complete command line history for example that is required to reproduce to the packages.
Hey, working with Debian since 1996/1997 and got lots of experience with it. Building my own packages for OpenSSL, OpenLDAP and some dependencies to remove some patches that only debian applies.
If Debian 6 can compile the latest SSH/SSL is something that I'd have to figure out first. For the 7 release it shouldn't be a problem.
Turning on the FIPS option also means to remove some debian specific patches when it comes to file paths and stuff. I hope that's ok from your site?

Did a testbuild and the latest openssl builds together with fips on debian 6.

Please feel free to discuss more on this over chat.
