Code modification to ASP .NET code

We are changing the database structure on an application that has approximately 200 code module. The changes are not to the functionality, but to the database form and to fix some poor coding practices in the existing code. There will be some modification for improved performance, but the remediation is designed to simply cleanup problems and collapse three systems that differ only by division into one, streamlined system. The system is an ASP .NET application and runs against an older SQL Server release. The database version is being upgraded to the most current for this project. A separate bid will be defined for the modification to the stored procedures. This project has a hard deadline, and so bidders should be aware that timeframes will be tight.
