I don't know what kind of simulation and what software you want to use. Depend on previous information, i can judge I can do or not.

I'm not sure about the scope of the project but I'm pretty sure we can firm things out once you provide the details. I have an MS in Civil Engineering and I have done (rivers, rice crops, etc.) simulations and visualization of the results in the past. I can use either MATLAB or Python/SciPy (it's free!). I work in Matlab/Simulink for past 4 years. This is my first assignment on this website so I am bidding a low Initial milestone value. This assignment should not take more than 2-3 hours if all goes well.
