add the authenticate in mp3

we are looking for individual developer to develop us the app. Just like the authenticate in avi when you play the avi,if the file need authenticate,then will pop up a window, only you input the correct information,Then you can play the avi. we want same done in mp3. when you play the mp3. it should pop up a windows,a form/html when submit to my server and if the id/pw is correct,then can be play. we prefer to hire someone who has already experience with this kind of project, please provide some sample of your SIMILAR PROJECTS which u have developed in past... and let me know the require time and cost through pm, feel free to ask me any question via PM
