create a module for pptpd (POPtop pptp daemon) with mysql authentication

i need someone to create a module for pptpd in linux for me. i need the module to be able to handle authentication from a mysql database. the module should only allow user to connect which provide with a correct username and password. from the database the module should also check if the users is active and if pptp is enable from the database table. the module should also be able to provide the user with a dynamic IP. i think the best way to provide dynamic ip would be to use the remoteip option in the [login to view URL] and _not_ store the ip range in the database. it would be good if the module could add some custom parameters to the pptpd config where we can define mysql user, password, database name, mysql hostname/ip. thats all.
