ATTINY13 Motor Controller

I need software for a motor speed controller written. The software shall generate a PWM signal which will drive a MOSFET to control a small motor. The speed will be determined by a potentiometer attached to one of the ADC inputs.
A feature of the motor speed controller will be that a TTL signal will control the ON/OFF status of the motor. (Pin is LOW motor is ON, Pin is HIGH motor is OFF)
The software will provide functionality to limit the maximum time that the pump can be turned on for. A potentiometer attached to another ADC dictates the maximum amount of time that the motor will stay on for before automatically turning off until the TTL control signal cycles (OFF then ON again). Maximum on time will be 10 seconds at the smallest value and 1 hour at the largest. So the pot turned all the way to the left will allow the motor to run for a maximum of 10 seconds and turned all the way to the right will allow it to turn on for (approximately) 1 hour.

Does your board use the internal ossscilator or an external one with a different speed? Which PWM frequency do you want?
