I have a DirectShow video capture program fully functioning in C# (main program being CaptureTest). I need all the C# programming in the attached zip file converted in entirety to the fully functioning equivalent in VB.net (2010).
In addition I would like a "frame grabber" feature added to the "CaptureTest" form that allows the user to click and grab the current frame from the directshow feed and save it as a jpeg file in a user chosen location.
