Require a browser plugin that will: * Send current domain being browsed to [login to view URL] * Only send when the domain has changed from the domain they were viewing * On response from server, pop up a window with returned url * Have a 5 minute cooldown period where it will not send a popup * Have a maximum of 10 popups per session, resets when the computer reboots and daily * Work with both firefox and internet explorer * Work on all versions of windows past XP * Not be detected by antivirus applications This software will run with the full knowledge and permission of the end user and can be deactivated by them whenever they choose. I affirm under penalty of perjury that the software I am requesting does not violate US law and will not be used for any malicious purpose, such as logging users' keystrokes to steal/view users' passwords or other private information.
