Create small Application and update component

Language: C++ The job is, to make a sample application, dialog based, with the control: <[login to view URL]> We need following data strcuture inside the grid: 1.) Text with Checkbox 2.) Text 3.) ComboBox Language 4.) ComboBox SubTitle 5.) ComboBox Angle We have a vector, that contains items, and for each item a vector with languages, subs and angles. We have to fill the comboboxes dynamicly with this vector. So you have to overwrite the controls function that the comboboxes will filled on request with the custom data and the selected Item will be showed in the grid. Make some brainstorm where to save the selected itemdata of the selected item inside the combobox. This is the most important data for us, cause we do not need the index. Develop with VC++ 2008 and Unicode. If you have questions, feel free to ask. You can also suggest better grid if you know.
