Hello! I have experience programming in C / C + + for almost 20 years. Devices based on Arduino, I'm doing more than 3 years. I have experience making "smart house" on the Arduino. More, I have experience in: - making hydroponics installations on Arduino - the control system with LED lights for plants light - equipment for the reality-show "Treasure Rom" - Access Control Systems for printing equipment with RFID I am ready to write a program for Arduino and provide a complete description of the device.

This project is pretty straight forward. Reading and storing the IR codes is not challenging. But if you want to store the exact time you will have to included an external Real Time Clock to your Arduino. I can develop the code for any of the above cases. But you haven't mentioned how you want to retrieve the data. Is it via USB Serial? or Via an LCD module? Please note that the EEPROM of arduino is 32KB and assuming at worst our code takes 16KB we are left with 16KB free space to store about 300 IR codes at worst. Thanks. Regards.
