Build a forex EA based on custom Indicator

Build a metatrader forex EA based on custom indicator (attached .ex4 file with manual and images).. Here are the instructions: Buy signals on: Blue up arrow appears on the candle/bar. This blue up arrow can be : • on the same candle • On the candle next to each other (either order) • One candle between them (either order) Sell signals on: Red down arrow appears on the candle/bar. This red down arrow can be : • on the same candle • On the candle next to each other (either order) • One candle between them (either order) Exit/close trade Signal consists of 2 parts: 1) A cross 'x' appears on the candle/bar. This cross 'x'can be : • on the current candle • On the candle next to each other (either order) • One candle between them (either order) 2) A new buy/sell signal appaers meaning blue arrow up arrow or red down arrow appears. • on the current candle • On the candle next to each other (either order) Additional Options needed: 1) The stop loss and take profit should be added . (adjustable by the user default setting 20 pips profit and 20 pips loss) 2) The EA should close all order (current and pending ourders) when the equity has reached a certain % which would be set by the user likewise the EA should close all the orders when the equity has reached a certain negative % which would be set by the user. I believe it is a simple code and is a basic task and an experienced MQL programmer could easily accomplish it
