Hello. I'm bidding low because I’m only interested in doing the OSX version. I should be able to do this with Qt or something similar but I’ve been involved in similar projects and I find it to be a lesser experience. I’d be creating this with apple’s native AVFoundation framework. I’ve been working with the framework before. Flipping, overlaying graphics and slow motion I’ve already done before. I just did a prototype testing the multiple webcam inputs, and it’s working well. Language-wise I’d go with apple’s new Swift language. There’s no reason to use use good old Objective-C for a new project, unless support for older operating systems is needed. Swift goes back to 10.9 Mavericks. Hello, I have experience in working with computer vision and image processing applications. I am not 100% sure if the same code would work on OSX and Win, but I have built an app for kinect with OpenFrameworks and it worked on both., so I am pretty positive it is achievable. I am not a big fan of multiplatform solutions (e.g. iOS - Android), but openFrameworks has not failed me yet. OpenFrameworks is a C++ library. Another option would be probably Processing or just plain JAVA. I would be very happy to work with you, Matus Vojcik

Having developed an similar web-application before makes me eager to create an Desktop Application based on the requirements mentioned. Will work on modules, perform unit-testing, integration-testing so as to ensure the Applications works just fine. Will provide an User documentation,and a Technical documentation.
