Image Processing C Program in ubuntu.

I need this program to be improved, currently it does the shareholding, thinning and Hough transform of an bmp format image. The shareholding and thinning work 100%, but Hough transform doesn't work fully. Only small adjustment need to be made . THE PROGRAM NEEDS TO RUN IN UBUNTU.

I have attached code files and instructions with pictures what needs to be done. The work in not hard. Have a look at the instructions and let me know if yo can do the work.

I am willing to pay up to 10 pounds for this project depending on experience so make me good bid.
