Write a program that takes a fixed point floating point number as input from the user as a char string, and then prints out the hexadecimal representation of the number in IEEE 32 bits and IEEE 64 bits. You may use class(es), if you wish, but they are not required. IEEE 32 bits (float): 31 sign bit, 23-30 exponent (with 127 offset), 0-22 mantissa (with implicit leading 1). IEEE 64 bits (double): 63 sign bit, 52-62 exponent (with 1023 offset), 0-51 mantissa (with implicit leading 1) Full specifications and test cases are in the attached file.
