C# user control with design time properties (partially complete)

I have a partially completed C# user control, the previous developer was unable to finish this work due to personal reasons. This control hosts a label, text box, combo box and a button. It has a partially completed design time editor. The concept of this is to quickly add a single control on a form where we can easily enter a definition for the label, a default value in the text box (or combo box) and subscribe to the change events. The design time editor allows for either a text box or a combo box to be shown, eventually this will be expanded to include an assortment of additional controls. Various properties allow for sizing of the label and showing/hiding and 'more options' button.
