I have a project written in C# that requires some enhancements. The project is an LDPC Error correction project that needs 2 things 1 - Optimise the inner trellis codes. The idea is to assign the bits so that the errors after decoding are as small as possible. Right now, the bits on threllisses are assigned randomly. 2 - Optimise the outer LDPC codes. With this task, we play with the parameters of the code. This can be done after Step 1 I'm OK with someone needing time to read up on the topic first as well but not starting from scratch, I will likely ask you about your background
