Data Access Engine -- 2

Seeking a programmer familiar with data download engines for yahoo finance, google finance and quandl etc. I have what was to be phase 1 of a larger project, a data access engine. It has some limited functionality with those data sources, however it is still incomplete and I'm looking for someone who could finish the job . The code is compiled and debugged and the program has some download functionality, but not all features of the software are in working order. Strong knowledge of Google Finance / Yahoo Finance data download a real plus !
