C# class to update website(repost)

I want the attached C# class updated to update the prices on our website. The program should: 1) Download [login to view URL] 2) Check the prices returned against the Dictionary priceList 3) Upload an XML file with the revised prices (same format as the download XML file) to [login to view URL] 4) Check the returned XML file to be sure that all the revised prices match. If they don't go to step 1. Repeat up to 5 times. On the fifth try log the error to couldNotUpdate. 5) If getMore == true Go to step 1 including the variable nextStart (from the XML file in step 1) in all requests to the website. 6) Once getMore == false Log all parts that are in the dictionary but not on the website to inDictionaryButNotOnWebsite Log all parts that are on the website but not in the dictionary to onWebsiteButNotInDictionary ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform C#, Compiles in VS 2005
