C# programmer and Unity 3D user needed for FPS game

Hi, My name is Trevor and i am looking for a someone to help start and complete a FPS game i had come up with. I would like to mention that i am 16 and have no programming experience. So i would like to have someone who lives somewhat near me, which is New York around 40 min from the city. I have an idea for a first person shooter game which i think would do great but need help getting it out there. So this is why i have chosen to get help from someone who is an experienced C# programmers, who uses Unity 3D game engine and is experienced with it, and may also have some other qualifications such as maybe small animating or UI though not necessary. I would like Unity 3D for a couple reasons, one, i have an account there with many useful assets to help in the project which some i intend on using, and two because i have tried the engine out for myself and like it because its easy to use and figure out and the graphics are good enough for me and this game. And one last point i would like to make is as i have mentioned i am young, so i don't have much money, so if possible i would need someone flexible with payments and such (and the budget is unknown so please ignore that).
