Convert MT4 EA to MT5

Convert existing MT4 EA to MT5 and make a few small changes

1. remove stochastic and macd

2. make sure to detect very first crossing of SAR over MA line...because I want to issue trade at open of that bar which SAR makes the cross...so timing is very important

3. if previous candlestick is certain shape, do not make the trade...I will provide 2 or 3 profiles of candlestick pattersn (OHLC) that disaqualify the trade

for example, if SAR cross but previous bar is doji, then dont trade
