I can ... I do! Visionary visual trackers, counters. Ask for details, send me a video sample and I can track faces as robustly as anyone.... re: "quickly!" Ah ... Seems there is a bit of tension in these somewhat contradictory goals. As long as you can explicitly say (ahead of time I mean: not after the project) what is required, and when, specifically, it is required (milestones), then we should be in great shape. Something mutually agreed upon and reasonable.
