Create a network powered mouse server based on Mongoose for Windows

I need to build a mobile app capable of controlling the mouse pointer of a windows PC via network interface (WiFi). For this project, you need to build a server application for Windows (XP up to Windows 8) based on Mongoose web server (C++). Protocol is therefore TCP/IP, preferable with websockets. Besides being able to move the mouse pointer around via HTTP request or websocket, a basic authentication will be necessary. So please provide all necessary functionality to authenticate a client via a secret string stored both on client and server (simple challenge-response-authentication is fine). The server should run as a tray application with the option to start on boot (option should come up in a simple context menu on right-click) and a button to shut it down (same context menu). I don't need binaries but full source code of the described application. As this application is intended to run on different operating systems later on, please only use multi-platform libraries e.g. Qt-framework. Open-source is fine, if provided with any license allowing commercial use.
