Design a software with GUI to solve a mathematically represented network flow optimization problem which is required to be solved using genetic algorithm

-The required is to develop Program with GUI (as shown in the attached picture) to run on windows 7 to solve mathematical representation of network flow optimization problem, program shall be configurable to run on different scenarios where the GUI contains fields to input (the number of nodes, The number of power levels) and to read from excel files • file for (Nodes info such as node number , node position and available frequency bands for each node) as shown in tables 1 in the PDF file Scenarios • file for session info such (source node, destination node, Session minimum flow rate requirement ) as in Table 2 the PDF file Scenarios -The core of solving this optimization problem is to solve it by using (Genetic algorithm) -For output it is required to save the output in excel files • 1st file contains the calculated session flow rate as shown in table 7 • 2nd file contains the calculated scheduling parameters as shown in table 8 • 3rd file contains the calculated transmission power levels as shown in table 9 -The program is required to display the calculation time and -This optimization problem type is "Mixed integer Linear Program" which is described in the attached file -This problem utilizes is required to be solved using genetic algorithm -Another explanatory files available for better coding - A full documentation for the program is required -The project timeline is divided into two phases • 1st phase (Milestone) is after 7 days for finishing the program with value of 2/3 of the project budget payment • 2nd phase (milestone) is 3 days for testing the program to check for any bugs or issues with paying the remaining 1/3 of the project payment
