Dear Sir or Madam, would like to apply for your project. I am experienced C++ programmer educated in the field of digital and radio electronics. Allthough my main focus was GPS signal processing, I am also familiar with the GSM standards with various techniques used in digital communication, so it won't be for me too dificult to grasp the problem. Also as I looked onto ns-3 simulator, the style of the project is pretty familiar to me because of my past work experience where things were done in a similar way. I am sure that I can understand and handle the problem well. With best regards, Martin Dien
