Database Developer required- ZOHO

Hi there, My name is Chris. I am a university Student is is starting up a tutoring business. I have created a basic database in Zoho. I need it modified so that it can do the following: - A function which would allow me to search for suitable tutors in the database based on the Student's year, hourly rate, availability & location (using postcode or a google maps integration- or any ways you know) - Allow me to create invoices & receipts which will be saved on the tutor/students form, which can also be saved as PDF and emailed - Creation of profile reports of each student/tutor which can be saved as PDF - Allow a table within the student & tutor form which allows me to enter any payments they've made me- may be used form the invoices created Also, I have a website where students/parents send an enquiry form- I was also looking to see if it is possible to send this form data directly into the database. I am just starting up my business, so could you please give me a quote of how much this would cost before we start- the maximum i can pay is $450. I am not sure of any programs which are able to do these functions, but I've had a look at Zoho and they seem to do the job. Thanks very much. Kind Regards, Chris N
