Hello We want a Psd design to be converted in responsive html5 / css3 using bootstrap 3..Please check the jpg... At the end you must return the by making it a complete folder... We want this converted within 2 days...Parallax scrolling will be great.. Waiting for your bids..Budget is $20-$30.. This will be for one HTML page coded according to the mockup you provided with Parallax effect for the background images using Bootstrap.
