According to me I will be from very big help to you because the past three years I am assistant of web design at the faculty of electrical and computer engineering in Skopje.I know exactly how to explain html and css from the experiences that I have gained teaching my students. Also I am working as web designer more than 5 years, so it doesn't matter if you are beginner with css or or advanced.I can help you anyway. Hello! I'd love to bid on your project. From what I understand of your brief, you're looking for somebody to explain some of the ideas behind Sass and CSS. I'm a little unsure about how much detail you're looking for, so I'd be interested to hear more about what you're trying to do -- I can go into as much or as little detail as you feel comfortable with. The quote I've provided would include up to an hour video chat, however if there were any questions you had that I couldn't answer on the spot and needed to research in more detail, I'll follow those up in an e-mail after we finish the video chat. I've used Sass for the last four years, so I feel like I now have an excellent understanding of the concepts involved. Prior to that I'd been writing CSS for even longer (probably something like 12 years now!) I find that Sass is an immense improvement and I generally use it in all of my projects since I was introduced to it. I noticed you specified that you're looking for somebody in the US. I'm actually in Australia -- but other than the accent, I don't think you'll notice any difference! Obviously the difference in time zones may pose a challenge, but I'm very flexible with my availability. I think you'll find that I'll be able to give you an excellent introduction to Sass, as it's something that excites me a lot.
