CSS and HTML coding of PSD pages

I need the two PSDs for these page designs sliced and styled into pages, with CSS and HTML: Index page screenshot: [login to view URL] Sub page screenshot: [login to view URL] - I need editable "real text" included wherever possible, using CSS (stylesheets). This includes the top and bottom navigation bar and site content. - The "Sub Page" needs to be based around a body that is styled to expand or collapse depending on the size of the content inside it. (If more is added, the grey area lengthens; if less content, the body shrinks, etc.) - The Sub Page should be built in a way that the example sites pod (seen "wwwyourdomaincom" with picture and text in the screenshots) can be duplicated by repeating the div class in the code. An example of a finished, coded pages like this can be seen here: [login to view URL] ) - All the form fields on the Index Page should be editable and the buttons coded and ready for their value, action, etc to be set in the source code. General notes: - I do want the page to load quickly, but without sacrificing the clarity of the images. Please DON'T over-optimize the graphic elements to look degraded or pixelated! Crisp images please. - I want the page and background to load correctly at every common resolution and monitor size.
