CSS and design mods on a web app.

We need help with CSS mods for the design of a web app. You can seee the web on this link: [login to view URL] This is an app, and I believe it's a bit different when it comes to modifying compared with a standard webpage. I don't even know if proper standards are used or not. I'm attaching the CSS code that goes on the admin section of the app, the one where modifications are made. I'm also attaching a pdf print of the design-admin section of the app so you can take a look of how the modifications must be made. Of course, the provider will get an admin access of the system to execute and test the mods. The system isn't live, so changes can be made directly on the "production" app. We need a per hour rate, as we will probably be doing some iterations and the exact scope is not yet fully defined. We expect to have oral communication with the provider, using skype or equivalent. We're looking for a long term relation with the provider, we'll be needing more support for future projects. Language for communications: English or Spanish
