Create graphics and appropriate display code for a chat bubble that will appear next to a character image on a website to make it look as if they are speaking ([login to view URL] - chat bubble example). Then create the CSS and HTML to allow it to show in a webpage. The chat bubble MUST: 1. Have room and code for a 75x75px character image to be placed on the left or right side. 2. Be able to shrink or expand as the browser view is adjusted 3. Have a version for mobile where the character is on top and the chat bubble is on the bottom of the character 4. Indenting Look exactly like the example image attached
