Attached are the PSD’s to complete the html/css. I would like you to complete a cut and code comp. Please create a homepage cut file with a rotation for the main images (files are in the layers), navigation and subsequent sub-sections on the homepage. In addition, create an interior 2 column layout based off of the look and feel from the homepage. Please utilize transitions for the UI so that we can see different methods for the different sections of the site. The website must be fully responsive and accessible from all devices.
