Database with Web Component

Hi Freelancers, I have the following project that is in dire need of completion quickly. I have an old DB that I can show some of the features in. The Database has 5 main categories: 1. Clients - all their information is stored and can be added or removed - add or remove columns to the end of the sheet - import or export csv files - use a web form that connects to the database when a client signs up online. I have the form that will need to be made into a web form and added to the website** - Also when the player sign ups online I need there to be a function that I can export certain fields from the database to Google contacts. I need to be able to find the newest signups (monthly) and add then. 2. EVents/Venues Page - simple page that we can add/remove/edit our event locations/venues 3. Events - here we will need to actually add the name of our events and should connect to a venue [login to view URL] schedule - need to schedule matches for the event - once the name of the first player is chosen an automatic list of all other players in same category pop up so that an opponent can be easily matched. **This piece of the database needs to be connected to the website....when a current event is scheduled the list will be made in the database and then should show up automatically on the Upcoming events tab on the website, when a change is made to the event in the database it is then changed on the site. 5. Reports section - need to be able to generate and save custom reports based on search criteria in the database- I have examples of the reports 6. Private Forms Links - once we have a player we would like to add to an event we need to get them to fill out web forms - we need to be able to provide them with a private link to fill out these forms on our website. - when the forms are complete they submit and we are sent a copy and they are sent a copy of the forms Timelines are VERY tight on this and I need to have a person/company on this withing 24 hours. Guidelines: 1. I will only pay $50 to get you started, if you request more than that I will remove you from the bidding process 2. I want daily communication from the company so I can advise my boss on what is going on. 3. Must have very good English skills and be skilled with database admin work please no new programmers. This means a basic functional database with no bugs, I have a database that can be used as a example to get this moving faster. 6. Database will be built in a "sandbox" on our server so that we can test as well. Please only bid if you can follow these guidelines. I look forward to getting this project going within 24 hours. With the example database pretty much a functional one, this project is actually very simple and will not require too much work but rather better architecture than it has currently as well as building in the web component from the beginning
