Hello. Please check out my portfolio. I have created some vector cartoons for some teachers, dresses them as Popeye, Mad Hatter, Magician and Leprechaun. I could re-create something like this for you. Of course, I would addapt to any cartoon style you want! Also, if you want something more, I could create them in Photoshop illustration. This, of course, would increase a little the price and I would need like 7 days (depending of the amount of people).
