AutoCAD Civil 3D - lot grading, retaining walls and roads

I am looking for a subdivision engineer to run through several scenarios of subdivision design. Land size is 24,000m2 and you will be provided with the following: - Site survey at 0.5m intervals - Layout of the proposed subdivision - Sample of the current lot grading and design with levels for proposed roads You will be required: - Convert survey plan to AutoCAD Civil 3D model of the land - Do lot grading based on the proposed layout - Introduce retaining walls - Achieve balance of cut and fill as much as possible by playing with road and lot levels as well as retaining walls The aim is to achieve a cost effective solution, I will provide you with the cost of retaining walls vs cost of cut to fill and cut to spoil. I will also provide samples of how drawings work and should look like based on other subdivisions. Requirements: - Knowledge of Civil Engineering and subdivision design (residential). You need to be familiar with road standards, preferably Austroads or US or European standards - Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil, preferably Civil 2017 Please note that this is not an overly complex task, this is mostly an exploratory work to see whether the proposed layout is going to work cost wise. I will help you with road assemblies and standards, but you should know what K value is and have done subdivision design previously. As this is exploratory work, expect going backwards and forward with me. At the end I will need AutoCAD Civil model and a few pdf printouts with cros-sections, isopach plan and how storm water is going to work. You need to be able to start working straight away to have task finished sometime next week. I am mostly available over the weekend so would be nice if you could do work over this Sat and Sun.
