Changes on codeigniter script right now

Looking for an efficient CI developer to process the below mentioned changes today. The website is a multilingual booking engine which is bug free, however, we need to add some features. Here is what we need: Note: The website is using language codes to determine what language is currently being displayed. 1. Post a new listing Currently the user can post new listings in only one language. We need to change the post new listing page to insert the correct language code for title and description depending on what language the website is being displayed in. For example, if the user is currently using English, the title and description must be injected into the database with the language code for English. If they are viewing the page in Spanish, insert Spanish language code, etc 2. Edit listing On the edit listing page, we would need the option to add title and description in other languages. Just add a link for this option on the Summary page, which will enable a drop down with languages. When the user chooses a new language, it will open a new jquery tab with the title and description field for the chosen language and insert this into the database with the respective language code. The user can add unlimited languages. 3. View listing Show title and description in the language the site is currently using. If the language is not available, show English by default. If English is not available either, show the original entered language. 4. Search Results Display the Title in the current language. If language is not available, show English by default. If English is not available either, show the original entered language. 5. Dashboard/My listings Add option to request professional translations of title and description. The user can request professional translations into any language offered by our website at a fixed price per Language. The request must show up on the admin panel, where we can enter the translations. We also need to be able to set the price for translations. The price will be deducted from the users next booking. Note, all these changes need to be done today. Please offer your best rate for this.
