Craigslist Ad poster needed - 100 posts to begin with

I need to find someone to post ads for me on Craigslist. You should be capable of posting up to 200 ads per day (max) You will NOT use any auto posting software, all ads must be placed by hand. Ad copy will be provided, you will just need to post in the specified cities. You MUST make small changes to each posting to ensure they aren't flagged by craigslist and remain active for 24 hours minimum You MUST be able to switch IPs on a regular basis to ensure your ads/accounts aren't affected. You will provide your own CL accounts (non-PVA). You will be paid for the ads once they have stayed up for 24 hours. You will need to provide daily reporting in either text, csv or xls format on ads posted. I am looking for someone with experience. I will pay $0.20 per successful posting. If things go well, future work is assured.
