Data Entry - from scanned Client Forms

We are looking for a fast, efficient and excel competent individual with an excellent grasp of English to take information from scanned client forms and enter into an excel database. It is a single job, but the successful applicant will be given ongoing work if the work is done in a professional and timely manner. A medical background is also desirable, as much of the information contained in the file is of a medical nature.
