American English Teacher Wanted

If you are an English Teacher or have a degree in American English writing then please continue. If not STOP here! (I am looking for a long-term writing partner with a higher level of English writing skills then I have. I am an American professor with a degree in philosophy working here in Korea on solutions for the peaceful re-unification of Korea) Please, if you have little or no interest in peace and social issues STOP here! Just give me $30 worth of honest work on this paper. That is all I am asking! I will assess your work and ask you to give me another $30 worth, or not. I do not ever want to owe a complete stranger more than $30. I hope you understand. Just get me started and I will do the rest. Keep to one theme and separate other themes that run through the text. (There is enough text for 2-3 different papers) The text in the attached file came from poorly transcribed (India) audio files. What a mess! I have a lot more material on this subject (World Peace Zone) but for now I want this particular file dealt with. Please read through the whole text (hopefully working on it as you go) and explain to me what I will get for my $30. This is an overdue paper and I am forced to use my credit card to pay for support, so please give me my moneys worth. Well, technically, it is not my money. This project Peace Education Tourism-Korea is my attempt to tap in to Korea’s $10 billion tourist industry. I took Seoul’s downtown tour bus ride with my wife and daughter, and it was pathetic. Seoul has nothing like what I am proposing. This is a million dollar project, and now is the time to promote it since the two Koreas are on the verge of war. Anyway, I need some of those tourist dollars to pay people who are working with me what they believe they are worth. Prove to me that you can work with my particular type of material; which is philosophical, abstract, metaphorical and often riddled with figurative speech (and often disorganized), and I will award you this project and perhaps more projects. I have seven years of research materials waiting for the right person. If you show me that you care about the subject matter it will be more likely that you will get my attention. I want to see that you grasp the main ideas (from my point of view) and can create topic sentences for every paragraph, and can structure the text with a logical flow. This is not creative writing. I am the only driver. Separate themes and topics Reduce the text by half (a ball park figure) If something does not make sense and you cannot make it make sense, then it is NON-SENSE-delete it or put it in the non-sense section at the bottom of the paper. Ask my opinion about everything: SKYPE Please include the “secrete word” in your bid, so I know you read through everything before bidding. Just help me get started and I will be happy. Footnotes would be great. I need all the help I can get developing my teachings and worldview. If you know of a good supporting quote that can be cited then please include it in your footnotes. If you come up with a good mission statement for this World Peace Zone project, that would be valuable to me. I am willing to pay for anything you do with my research that I like and can use.
