Copy Writing / Editing / Proofreading of 4300 word document

I have a 20 page website content, approximately 4300 words, that needs proofreading, editing and copywriting (where necessary) in English. Most of the document is written in bullet points so they are easy to read and follow BUT the wording need to be polished with catchy words so that it sounds commercial as well as professional. It should be also optimized for SEO. It is important that there should be a flow in the wording.
The content is quite specific in health care so you may need to do a little research in a a specific vitamin area where necessary. The topics are classified on the pages i.e. Home page and so forth. It is a bonus if you have medical background.
So if I summarize what I want:
1) Bidder should be able to write quality wording with some targeted keywords such as vitamin d within the scope of common sense. (do not repeat yourself)
2) Readable English with NO Grammatical & Spelling and logical mistakes and punctuation errors. (Try to avoid errors as this may result in termination of the agreement)
3) Deadline: In 3-4 days max
4) I will be available for instant communication if you need
5) Proof Reading before submitting the doc is a must
6) Work is available now, so you must be able to start ASAP.
7) Please BID only if you are eligible with all the requirements listed above.
8) Please also provide Samples/Links of YOUR previous/past work.
9) Payment only on successful acceptance of the document.
10) Native English speakers are welcome.
11) I will send the sample to the qualified bidders and, based on the sample results, will select the freelancer for this project and possible further cooperation
12) I would expect at least 2-3 revisions, before th project is completed.
