Create a Series of ''21 Tips''... Ongoing Work, Long Term.. Bid Now!

I am looking for someone to work with long term, so please only bid if you are looking for looonnnnnggggg term work and if you are located in either the U.S., Canada or England and Speak/Write PERFECT english. Now, onto the project! I need someone that is creative and a good researcher to provide me with a series of 21 “Tips?? on various topics, the topic will change for every project. So one week you may have to provide me with “21 Tips for Creating The Perfect Rose Garden?? and the next week you may have to give me “21 Tips for Buying the Perfect Car??, etc, etc, etc. I'll post each new project here on RAC as needed, which may be several times a week, once a week or once every couple of weeks. Each tip must be only 1-2 paragraphs long (between 50 to 125 words). You will also be required to review 42 sites and supply me with a 2-3 sentence description of each then format this along with the tips. See the attached doc for complete details and formatting requirements ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
