A very energetic declamation speech wanted

I have a upcoming dcalamation contest coming up in my university i want the speech to be 5 min speech which should include quotations, history and verses and things like that. It should be really energetic and should have strong words and no grammatical mistakes. The length in reading should be 5 min exact not more than that.
