I need someone to write a promotional letter to my existing client database about my decorating their company christmas parties. There are 3 categories of clients
1. Key employees in companies who have used our services for their corporate events in the past
2. individual clients - decorated their private events such as weddings, birthday parties, etc - so asking them to pass on mail to key person in their organisation who is responsible for organising their company xmas party, or for them to pass on mail to any contacts outside their organisation who might require these services

Word count - not too long and to the point. attached letter has about 340 words I think so may be fewer words might be good.
